Situation
After going through significant changes internally, a global chemical manufacturer had an opportunity to reinvigorate a disengaged, blue-collar workforce. The client was seeking assistance implementing “Vision 2025,” an internal rallying cry campaign that had fallen flat after its initial launch.
Solution
KWI helped reinvigorate the manufacturer’s plan and relaunch its new mission and vision through a visually driven campaign, communicating with and engaging employees in the conversation about company culture. Anonymous company-wide surveys and employee focus groups brought to light some sensitive subjects that helped KWI address employee concerns head-on. Seeing that their opinions were valued and being acted upon, employees became more open to working together to move the company forward.
Outcome
