The fight for top talent is real, and our Fortune 500 client’s plight was all too familiar. The company’s careers website was outdated and difficult for potential job applicants to navigate. Analytics showed many viewers were unable to find what they were looking for and didn’t make it through to the application stage.
Solution
An expert in improving and optimizing the employee experience, KWI redesigned the company’s careers site in conjunction with a development partner to highlight the company’s culture and enhance the candidate user experience during their job search. We consulted with the talent acquisition team on site design and the sitemap.
Outcome
By creating all content, including multimedia human-interest stories, we were able to highlight company culture better than ever before. We worked with the web team to test, proof and relaunch the client’s careers section, monitored performance through analysis and made necessary adjustments.
