Over the last decade, we’ve built some of the best corporate communications, employee engagement and change management programs anywhere.
Increasingly, the separation between internal community building and external brand reputation is shrinking, making communications a high-level, strategic imperative. With this shift, we have naturally expanded into brand reputation and corporate social responsibility as key vehicles for engaging others and moving businesses to success.
We are delighted that these highly accomplished practitioners have joined us so we can further develop these areas with the same strategy and excellence that has marked our firm.

KWI Communications has added Paul Dusseault, APR, to head the agency’s corporate reputation and media relations practice. Dusseault comes to KWI after more than 30 years with FleishmanHillard, one of the world’s leading communications consultancies, where he directed strategic communications initiatives for clients such as Philips, EY, Newell Rubbermaid, Emerson, Caterpillar, Alcan, Arby’s, AT&T, UPS, Nortel Networks and Enterprise. He won Silver Anvil awards from the Public Relations Society of America for the corporate reputation programs of EDS, Dell, Aflac and Bumble Bee Foods.
As an accredited public relations practitioner, Paul specializes in corporate reputation, message/story development and national business media relations. He also advises multinational companies on matters of crisis communications and corporate social responsibility. He’s a former journalist (Washington Post, Orlando Sentinel, Omni Magazine) and current contributor to PR Week, PR Strategist and the college textbook, Public Relations Practices.

KWI also is privileged to bring Jami Buck-Vance on board to lead our growing corporate social responsibility practice. Jami led corporate responsibility strategy, programs and communications for Cox Enterprises where she demonstrably improved Cox’s corporate reputation through nonprofit partnerships dedicated to the environment, equity and empowerment. She created the Team Cox volunteer program and integrated the Cox Conserves sustainability platform throughout the company. Jami’s 20 years in community investment have given her unique credentials in purpose-driven communications, strategic partnerships, stakeholder communications, talent recruitment and employee engagement.
Jami also has worked with The Home Depot community affairs and eco-options teams, generating awareness around the company’s outreach in affordable housing, disaster relief and environmental stewardship, including the launch of Home Depot’s industry-changing Forest Stewardship Council certified wood-sourcing initiative.
An alumna of AmeriCorps and Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40, Jami graduated from the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership and is a member of the 2009 class of Leadership Atlanta. She serves on the boards of EarthShare of Georgia, the Partnership for Southern Equity and Piedmont Park Conservancy.
